Pictures worth a 1000 words ... or a smile

I can't help smiling every time I look at this picture. No words can do justice to what this picture portrays. Its a tired soul that hiked 4 days through the incredible Andean mountains on the Inca Trails, finally to reach Machu Picchu, only to be robbed of the beauty of the lost city to the clouds and rain. The eyes shows tiredness, desperation, and sheer exhaustion, yet an excitement from making it through the tough journey (though that's embedded somewhere deep behind that look). Since I endured the perilous journey with special K, I can relate to her soul, thus, a smile on my face. Candid shots rule! And I will be seeing this picture every time I need a smile in my life.
