Kenya - Part 6 - The other animals in Masai Mara

Thanks to the advent of digital SLR, it enables us to take thousands of pictures. But with this blessing comes a curse. Sorting through them, picking the best-of, and the post processing them are insurmountable tasks of its own. If the delay in my posting has to come with an excuse, it is exactly that. One blog just does not do justice to the beauty I observed on my safari trip in Maasai Mara. Ok, I did show my bias to the cats and elephants by posting separate blogs. What can I say, even I have my favorites. So here is my "rest of the animals" blog dedication to the various fauna I saw in Maasai Mara, Kenya.

And I have to give credit to the 70-200 f2.8 IS USM L Canon lens. Absolutely no buyers remorse! A purchase well worth it. Dont you agree after seeing the pictures? Enjoy!

These are fantastic, Lava. The blue bird is beautiful, so bright against the savanna. Thank you for sharing them with us!
