L.A.

LA has lots of people. By lots, I mean millions and millions of people. Traffic, people, smog, buildings, etc -- all are available in plethora. What if you want to escape the madness around you and want a moment of peace? Hard to find it in a place where one is surrounded by so much distractions. Do people not need that serenity? If they do, how do they get it? Do you create a bubble just to shut off the world? How do people do it? Questions and more questions ... any LA folks wanna chime in?

Smiles

Smiles seems to be plethora in weddings. The marrying couple are happy; People attending are happy; everyone is happy. Here are some pictures taken of happy people at Sung Kim and Kate Bae's wedding. Common thread: Smiles.

Tradition

Tradition. Its welcoming and amazing to see it live in action. It is a feast for the eye. It is a reminder of what it represents and means to different people. It shows us who and where we came from. It reminds us that some things don't change despite of the constant changing world.

Sunset Part 1

Need I say more? It had just stopped sprinkling and the clouds were clearing for this beautiful sunset. This was one of the best sunsets I have ever seen.

La Jolla Shores

La Jolla shores, CA beach life. Sep 2009. The various faces, forms, and colors. This was particularly a warm day (80F) so many took advantage of it and came out to enjoy the sun and water.
